This are the details of the Class Party :D

Date : 17'March o'9 , Tuesday { March Holiday }
Venue : NorthVale Condo
Time : 1.30pm - 10pm
Attire : Home Clothes

We'll be having PotLuck & BBQ :)
[ Please bring cooked food to contribute to the PotLuck if you can :] , Must Be Halal ^^ ]

Last Reminder
Everybody who will be going to the class party is expected to pay Ashley , $6 .

Things to bring ;
Bring an extra t-shirt in case you get wet .
Bring cooked food .
Bring your game stuffs .
Etc :)

Activities of the day ;

By 1.30pm , everyone is expected to arrive @ NorthVale :) / Gathering .

2.00 - 4.00
Free Time / Play your own games . Please bring your own respective game stuffs :)
E.g : VolleyBall , BasketBall Etc ..

4.00 - 6.00
We'll have interactive games planned by the Game Masters .
Games includes :
Block IceMan , Water Games .
*Please try to participate in these games , thankyou*
But if you really dont wished to participate in the games , its okayzx yeah :)

6.00 - 8.30
We'll have our BBQ & PotLuck !
Function room is booked , so we may eat and relax inside :)
If it rains , we'll see how is the situation .
'cos there are still food provided in PotLuck ,
So its important , that some people could bring food to contribute ! :)

8.30 - 9.00
We'll clear up , cleaning up .
Everybody is expected to help out yeah ^^

9.00 onwards
Free time again :D
May choose to play card games , chitchat or we'll have bonding games :]

10.00
those who parents doesnt want them to stay back so late .
May leave first .
Earliest by 9.00 pm But , 10.00 pm is the best ^^

By 10.30
Everyone should be going home :]

Those who had some other arrangement during that particular day ,
May you inform the class council members about it :)

Will be given an invitation card to those who are coming :)
Present the invitation card to the security guard ! @.@
